News24 | 30 oil-covered penguins rescued, treated as officials investigate mystery spillage

A total of 30 penguins have so far been treated at a Table View sea bird sanctuary after they were found covered in oil at Hout Bay, Noordhoek and Kommetjie beaches in Cape Town.
