Families of victims speak out after American Airlines crash in Washington

Families of the 67 victims who died after an American Airlines passenger jet collided with a U.S. Army Blackhawk helicopter in Washington are speaking out and mourning the loss of their loved ones. NBC News' Erin McLaughlin has their stories.
